Liberia Telecommunications Authority Visits NCA for Knowledge Exchange and Institutional Learning
June 9, 2026 – The National Communications Authority (NCA) on Tuesday, 9th June, 2026, hosted a two-member delegation from the Liberia Telecommunications Authority (LTA) at the NCA Tower in Accra for a knowledge exchange session aimed at sharing experiences and best practices on institutional development, technology adoption, operational systems, and modern workplace infrastructure.
The delegation was led by Mad. Joy Chichi Onos, Director for Information Technology of the LTA, and included Mr. Prince Goah, Acting Director of Administration.
Welcoming the delegation, the Deputy Director General in charge of Technical Operations at the NCA, Mr. Suleman Salifu, highlighted the longstanding relationship between Ghana and Liberia and the continuous exchange of knowledge between the two institutions on various regulatory and technological matters.
