Mr. Kenneth Egya-Ansah

Mr. Kenneth Egya-Ansah is an accomplished professional with extensive expertise spanning Cybersecurity, Business Intelligence and Supply Chain Management and over a decade of progressive leadership across global financial services, insurance, technology, and manufacturing sectors.

As a versatile and result-oriented leader, Kenneth has proven ability to demonstrate success in conducting enterprise IT risk assessments, overseeing cybersecurity strategies as well as leading threat detection, incident response and recovery initiatives. With a decade of experience in leading risk management strategies, identifying vulnerabilities, implementing security measures and mitigating security threats, he possesses proficiency in building resilient systems and ensuring network security which do not only deliver scalable solutions and support sustainable growth but also are compliant with regulatory frameworks.

Prior to his appointment as Acting Director, Cybersecurity at the National Communications Authority, from October 2021 to March 2025, Mr. Egya-Ansah served as the Vice President of IT Risk Management at Sterling Bank. During the said period, he led enterprise-level cybersecurity initiatives, drove regulatory compliance, and strengthened organizational resilience through robust risk assessment, threat mitigation, and governance programmes.

Mr. Egya-Ansah is a certified Project Management Professional, Information Systems Manager and Systems Auditor. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in Management Information System (Business Intelligence and Analytics) as well as Supply Chain Management from University of North Carolina.
