Technical Information
AERONAUTICAL RADIO COMMUNICATION
  1. Aeronautical HF Fixed and Mobile Stations
  2. It is a licence that authorizes an individual or company to operate an aeronautical HF and Mobile station within the aviation band. This is used for two-way communication between an aircraft and a ground station.
