Dr. Charles Amoah-Wilson

Dr. Charles Amoah-Wilson assumed the position of Director, Human Resource on 27th December, 2018. Dr. Amoah-Wilson leads a buoyant Human Resource Team, partnering various Divisions to achieve the corporate objectives through effective management and development of human resources, the Authority’s most valued asset, and to ensure the Authority remains relevant in the fast changing telecommunications sector.

He is an astute HR Practitioner with broad spectrum people management experience spanning over two decades in Manufacturing, Media, Education and Banking sectors in both public and private sectors of Ghana. Among others, he was Human Resource Specialist for the Bank of Ghana, and Human Resource & Corporate Affairs Manager, Pioneer Aluminium Factory, Tema.

In addition, Dr. Amoah-Wilson served as Deputy Director and Acting Director for the Human Resource Division of the NCA before confirmation of this appointment.

He is also a Certified Labour Mediator, with the National Labour Commission and a member of the Institute of Human Resource Management Practitioners, Ghana

He holds a Doctorate degree in Business Administration (DBA) and MSc. Applied Business Research from the SBS Swiss Business School, Zurich, EMBA in HR Management and a BA Management & Sociology from the University of Ghana, a Post Graduate Diploma in Education from the Valley View University and a Diploma in Telecom Management from the University of Colorado, Boulder, USA.
