NCA BIDS FAREWELL TO 2025/2026 NATIONAL SERVICE PERSONNEL
September 30, 2026: The National Communications Authority (NCA) has held an end-of-service send-off ceremony for its 2025/2026 National Service Personnel who served across the Authority’s offices nationwide. The ceremony was held at the NCA Tower, with personnel from the Zonal Offices participating virtually.
The ceremony provided an opportunity for Management and staff to commend the personnel for their service to the NCA and encourage them to apply the knowledge, skills and professional values acquired during their period of service as they transition to the next stage of their careers and education.
Addressing the personnel, the Deputy Director General in charge of Managerial Operations, Mrs. Etta Mosore, encouraged them to make the most of every environment in which they find themselves, regardless of their initial expectations.

Mrs. Mosore noted that, though the personnel would be embarking on different paths, with some pursuing further education and others entering the job market, the work ethics, discipline and professional principles acquired during their time at the NCA would remain valuable. She further encouraged them to continue working hard, remain disciplined and abide by the rules and principles of the organisations they may join, stressing that they have the potential to become future leaders in various sectors of society.
“You are the future leaders. One day, one of you could become a President, Minister or occupy another important leadership position,” she said, while wishing them success in their future endeavours.
The Deputy Director General in charge of Technical Operations, Mr. Salifu Suleman, also reflected on the journey of the personnel from their orientation to the completion of their service. He encouraged them to prioritise continuous self-improvement and take advantage of digital platforms and online resources to develop relevant skills that could broaden their career opportunities.
Mr. Suleman advised the personnel to use social media productively, particularly as a tool for learning, developing soft skills and exploring opportunities, including remote work. He also encouraged them to remain grounded in their values as they transition into the next phase of their lives.
