Request for Applications for Spectrum Licences in the 700 MHz, 2.3 GHz and 3 GHz Mid Bands for the Provision of Mobile Broadband Services, Including 5G

July 16, 2026 – The National Communications Authority (NCA) invites applications from eligible entities for the grant of spectrum licences to establish, maintain and operate electronic communications networks for the provision of mobile broadband services, including 5G.

Eligible applicants include licensed Mobile Network Operators, Mobile Virtual Network Operators, Broadband Wireless Access Providers, Internet Service Providers and 100% Ghanaian-owned new entrants, subject to the eligibility requirements contained in the Request for Applications.
