GBC Engages NCA Acting Director General on Industry Collaboration

February 27, 2025 – A three-member delegation from the Ghana Broadcasting Corporation (GBC), led by its Director General, Prof. Amin Alhassan, paid a courtesy visit to the Acting Director General of the National Communications Authority (NCA), Rev. Ing. Edmund Yirenkyi Fianko, at the NCA Tower. The visit was aimed at fostering stronger collaboration between the two institutions and discussing industry-related issues.

The engagement was an opportunity for the GBC delegation to formally congratulate Rev. Ing. Fianko on his appointment and explore areas of mutual interest in the telecommunications and broadcasting sectors. Discussions centred on strengthening public education and consumer awareness regarding the rights and responsibilities of telecom and broadcasting service users across Ghana.
