NCA, Ghana and ARCEP, Togo Sign MoU to Facilitate Cooperation in ECOWAS Roaming Initiative

1st November, 2023: The National Communications Authority (NCA), Ghana and the Regulatory Authority for Electronic Communications (ARCEP), Togo have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to establish collaboration in the implementation of bilateral roaming services. The MoU was signed by the Director General of NCA, Mr. Joe Anokye, and the General Manager of ARCEP, Mr. Michel Yaovi Galley on 1st November, 2023 at the NCA Tower.
The MoU, which was signed at the ongoing 2-day bilateral meeting forms part of the ongoing discussions between the two Regulators regarding the activation of bilateral roaming services between Ghana and Togo under the ECOWAS ‘Free’ Roaming Regulations.
