Prof. Yeboah-Boateng is an executive with over 25 years of domestic and global experience conceptualizing ideas, seizing opportunities, building operations, leading highly successful new business development initiatives and ventures. He has served in his capacity as a Team Leader, Project Manager, Project Coordinator, and Lead Researcher on various projects which cut across both International and local institutions, including projects in the areas of Telecommunications infrastructure, Cyber-security, Cloud Computing, Digital Forensics, Internet and network integration technologies, with additional experience related to dealing with refurbished and overstock telecommunications equipment and manufacturing.
He worked previously with DiscoveryTel Communications PLC., Ghana Telecom (now Vodafone Ghana), Granger Telecom (UK) Inc., ExpoTech (USA) Inc., Celltel Ghana (a Hutchinson Telecom Co.), BusyInternet, to mention a few. He served on various boards/councils including Electronic Communications Tribunal (ECT), National Information Technology Agency (NITA-GH), Ghana Technology University College (now GCTU), DataLink Institute (DLI), and the immediate past academic Dean of the Faculty of Computing & Information Systems (FoCIS).
As a C-level Executive, Ezer has employed proactive approach in successful organisational development initiatives that delivered consistent and sustainable operating, revenue, profit, and quality improvements through dedicated efforts. He has strong team-building, leadership, negotiation, motivation and communication skills, coupled with insights into emerging opportunities, trends, issues and challenges in the digital economy.
He has had professional training in UK, Japan, Malaysia, South Africa and USA. In 1993, he received the prestigious Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) Kenshu-in scholarship; and in 1995, he was adjudged a top-ranked scholar of the Confederation of British Industry (CBI) scholarship for Graduate Engineers program.

Ezer has a Ph.D. in Cyber-Security from Aalborg University in Copenhagen, Denmark; an M.S. in Telecommunications (magna-cum-Laude) from Stratford University, Falls Church, VA in USA; and a B.Sc. (honors) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering from University of Science & Technology (UST) in Kumasi, Ghana.
