Mr. Isaac E. Osei-Bonsu Jnr.

Mr. Isaac Emmil Osei-Bonsu Jnr. is a seasoned legal practitioner with over two decades of working experience in Ghana. He is an alumnus of Achimota Secondary and the University of Ghana, Legon where he read Law, Philosophy and Political Science. He graduated in Law with honors in 1994 and subsequently enrolled at the Ghana Law School for the two-year professional law course which he successfully completed in 1996. He was thereafter admitted to the Bar.

He holds an Executive Masters Degree in Business Administration from the Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration (GIMPA). He is currently the Senior Partner at Minkah-Premo & Co, one of the leading law firms in the country and lectures at the firm’s training arm, the Law Institute on Credit Creation and Securitization.

Mr. Osei-Bonsu is the consummate expert in corporate governance and serves as a director for several companies such as Best Point Savings & Loans Limited, Gateway Services Limited and Tata Africa Holdings Ghana Limited to name a few.

Regarded as one of the country’s experts in Company and Real Estate Law as well as Credit Creation and Debt Recovery, he specializes in the setting up and structuring of international businesses in Ghana and also provides transaction advisory services for both local and foreign clients including some of the country’s strongest local entities and foremost multinationals involved in varied sectors of the economy. He is the Honorary Consul of Jamaica to Ghana and is also a traditional leader and the Ahenenana Hene of the Akyem Abuakwa Traditional Area under the stool name of Barima Kwaku Dua.
