Schedule of Penalties

The schedule of penalties provides for sanctions for the violation of Authorisation/Licence conditions in accordance with the provisions of the Electronic Communications Act, 2008 (ACT 775) and the Electronic Communications Regulations, 2001 (L.I. 1991).
