QUALITY OF CELLULAR DATA SERVICES FOR WESTERN REGION
In pursuance of Cellular Mobile Licence obligations, quality of voice services are tested to ensure that Operators comply with the obligations on service quality to consumers.
The report is based on findings on quality of data service in the Western Region between 11th September and 23rd September 2016 for all Operators except for Expresso due to technical challenges.
