Dr. Selaise Esar Agyinasare is an accomplished medical doctor, transformational church administrator, and youth development advocate with over a decade of distinguished service in both health and faith-based leadership. His career reflects a remarkable fusion of medical expertise, spiritual leadership, and organizational management, marked by impact, innovation, and a deep commitment to service.
He currently serves as the Administrative Bishop of Perez Chapel International (PCI), overseeing the operations of more than 300 churches across Ghana, Francophone Africa, Europe, and Asia. In this capacity, Dr. Agyinasare provides strategic direction, supervises finances and property, and ensures mission effectiveness across the denomination. His leadership also encompasses evangelism, discipleship, and institutional growth, as well as interdenominational engagement and representation in global religious forums.
As a trained medical doctor, Dr. Agyinasare worked as a practising Medical Officer at the West Africa Rescue Association (WARA), an affiliate of International SOS, where he provided emergency medical response medical evacuation, and expatriate healthcare services. Prior to this, from January 2014 to January 2015, he had served as a Senior House Officer at the 37 Military Hospital where serving in both medical and surgical departments he made a mark. Beyond his medical practice, he has coordinated and supervised numerous community medical outreaches across Ghana, including the landmark 2018 Festival of Miracles Campaign at Independence Square, which provided free healthcare to over 2,000 beneficiaries.
He was honoured with the Young Professional Role Model Award in Religious Leadership at the 2020 MTN Pulse Transform Summit. This reputable accolade recognised his exceptional work, joining a distinguished group of honorees such as Professor Jane Naana Opoku-Agyemang (now Vice President of the Republic of Ghana), and Sir Sam Jonah.
He holds a Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) degree from the O.O. Bogomolets National Medical University in Kiev, and a Master of Arts (MA) in Management and Administration from the University of Ghana. His diverse background enables him to bridge faith, management, and public service with exceptional clarity and purpose.
