Senegal’s ARPT Pays Benchmarking Visit to the NCA

The National Communications Authority (NCA) on Wednesday, 20th October, 2021 hosted a five-member delegation from Senegal’s Regulatory Authority for Post and Telecommunications (ARPT) on a benchmark visit at the NCA Tower.

The three (3)-day visit will cover a range of regulatory subject areas such as Quality of Service (QoS) Monitoring, Value Added Services (VAS), Mobile Number Portability (MNP), Significant Market Power (SMP), amongst others.

Welcoming the delegation on behalf of the Director General of the NCA, the Deputy Director General, Managerial Operations, Ms. Olivia Okailey Quartey, stated that this is the sixth international face-to-face study visit that the NCA has hosted in response to an increasing number of requests, and that the NCA is humbled and honoured by these requests.
