Quality Of Service Monitoring Of Cellular Mobile Voice Services For Brong Ahafo Region


The National Communications Authority (NCA) in pursuance of its stipulated 3G Cellular Mobile License obligations conducts quality of services tests nationwide to ensure that Operators comply with the obligations on the delivery of quality services to consumers.

The report is based on findings of tests conducted in the Brong Ahafo Region from 4th to 14th April 2016 for all Operators except for Expresso due to technical challenges.
