The National Communications Authority (NCA) in pursuance of its stipulated 3G Cellular Mobile Licence obligations conducts quality of data service tests in all districts to ensure that operators comply with the obligations on the delivery of quality service to consumers.
The report is based on findings of tests conducted in the Ashanti Region between 13th March and 3rd April 2016 for all operators except tor Expresso due to technical challenges.
