The National Communications Authority (NCA) in pursuance of its stipulated 3G Cellular Mobile Licence requirements conducts 3G network coverage tests in all districts to ensure that operators comply with the delivery of quality services to consumers.
The report is based on findings of tests conducted in the Western Region from 1st March to the 23rd of March 2016 for all Operators except for Expresso due to technical challenges.
