Quality of Cellular Voice Service for Northern Region

In pursuance of Cellular Mobile Licence obligations, quality of voice services are tested to ensure that Operators comply with the obligations on service quality to consumers.
The report is based on findings on quality of voice service in the Northern Region between 6th August and 1st September 2016 for all Operators except for Expresso due to technical challenges.
