International Wholesale Carrier Licence

The operation and provision of International Wholesale Carrier Services cover using a combination of radio, cable, or satellite systems to connect to licensed International Gateway Service Providers for the easy conveyance of voice, data, video, and other multimedia services.

An International Wholesale Carrier Licence (IWCL) allows entities to carry and route international telecommunications (both incoming and outgoing) traffic to/from any of the licensed International Gateway facilities.
